We ship our products via USPS (UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE). USPS is responsible for the delivery of your package. If you are unable to locate your package or unable to locate the package posted “IN-TRANSIT” or “DELIVERED” contact your local post office.

- Prior to completing your order please check your information that you enter into our system before finalizing your order. Once your order is complete we cannot alter your order once the transaction is completed.
- If your package comes back to our company as “RETURN TO SENDER” we will reship your order to an updated address that you MUST provide. You will be charged an additional shipping and handling fee to resend your order.

WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
- You will be emailed a TRACKING NUMBER once your order is processed.
- Once you receive your TRACKING NUMBER, you will be able to track your package via USPS.
- Only contact us about your order if the estimated time for shipment has surpassed our given time frame.
